PREPARATION
For many of us, the most difficult part of this weekend will be setting aside all the good and busy things in our lives.  This is a weekend of “retreat” from normal living and making the space in our lives to pay special attention to God, God’s activity in our lives, and God’s movement through us gathered as Christian community.

FOOD:
To keep the conversations flowing, both LUNCH and DINNER will be provided on Saturday along with water and coffee throughout the conference.

PLACES TO STAY:
  • HOTEL: Special rates have been arranged with nearby hotels.  Book early.
  • HOST HOMES –  Many local families have offered to host participants in their homes, sharing their guest bedrooms and hide-a-beds as places to sleep during the conference. The number of host homes is limited, allotted on a first-come/first-served basis. If this is your preferred option, please indicate that when you register for the conference.
  • LOCAL CHURCHES – This is the “bring your own sleeping bag and sleep on the church floor” option. This is not for everybody, but will be an ideal situation for those who backpack or are otherwise a bit hardy. Most churches do not have showers. If this is your preference, please indicate that when you register for the conference.

We’ll have book/CD signings with our major speakers.  Times TBD.
